Property Owner FAQ

  • Copy of individual owner’s passport or UAE ID for individual owners or tenants (if the property owner is a company, the owner or one of the company’s partners’ passport or UAE ID copy should be included, alongside license documents or the company’s articles of association)
  • Submission of proof of authorisation to use the Unit:
    Copy of property Title Deed;
    Authorisation from the owner, using the approved form from DTCM
  • A bill issued for the Unit by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority that is no less than three months old as of the date of the application, and in the name of the owner of the Unit.

Let Stay provides payouts on or before 15th of every month for rental proceeds sustained during the previous month.

No, all your personal bed linen/towels are removed and we use our own bed linen/towels to systemize the procedure and make sure a fixed pattern and design is found in all our properties.

Once your property is listed with Let Stay for bookings we will share access to our online dashboard which can be accessed through our website where you can see the progress and fulfillment of your property. Let Stay also provides a detailed report on a monthly basis, disintegrating your profits for the preceding month.

Cleaning fees and taxes are paid by the guest renting the property. This is included in the price of the accommodation.

Guest FAQ

Let Stay requires a photographic ID (passport, Emirates ID or GCC issued ID) and the details of that ID. We also ask for an email address to contact you and a phone number to be used in emergencies. All of these requirements are mandatory and to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle free.
At your check-in we require the card used to make payment, this is to minimize fraudulent activity and protect our guests and our homeowners.

Our standard check-in time is 2pm UAE time, however, we are happy to accommodate an earlier check in but it is subject to availability.

We have a luxury reception/concierge service during office hours to assist you with all your requirements and additional needs. If any problem occurs during your stay our team will assist you and help resolve the issue.

Yes, a member of our guest relations team will be present to welcome our guests upon arrival. We also offer a self-check-in service if the guest prefers the same.

There are multiple ways through which a booking payment can be made. Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, cash, etc. For booking confirm, a deposit will be required in advance with the remainder paid on arrival.

We have a 24/7 concierge and guest relations team available to help you with all your requirements and problems. We help the guest with checking in / out. We offer extra services on demand such as tours & Dubai experiences. We also have a professional cleaning services team who help with fresh linens/towels and toiletries during your stay.
